Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location but generally take 5-7 business days for delivery.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹500
- Flat shipping fee of ₹50 for orders below ₹500
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package in real-time using the provided tracking link or order ID.
No COD (No Cash on Delivery)
All orders must be prepaid. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service. This ensures:

- Faster order processing and shipment
- Secure payment through encrypted gateways
Packaging & Safety
We ensure safe packaging to protect your products during transit. For dairy-based and perishable items, we use insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain freshness and temperature control.
- Products are inspected before dispatch for quality assurance
- Proper handling instructions are included with temperature-sensitive items
- Please inspect items upon delivery and contact us immediately for any visible issues
Dairy Products – Special Handling
All dairy-based items are temperature-sensitive and perishable. Please note:
- Store dairy products as per instructions on packaging immediately upon delivery
- Bagsful is not responsible for spoilage caused due to delayed collection or improper storage post-delivery
- Inspect items immediately and contact customer support for any quality concerns
Bulk Orders Shipping
Bulk orders (5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, 26kg & above) are processed with priority. Contact us for custom shipping arrangements and GST benefits on large orders.
Important Notes
- No Refund / No Return Policy: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Quality Assurance: We maintain strict quality checks before dispatch.
- Delayed Delivery: In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you via email or SMS.
